The Bar

We require:

- Drinks reception (for 90-100 guests). Suggestions for storage jars are: Ginger beer, Pink lemonade, Elderflower spritzer, Hibiscus Iced tea (allowance of no less than two glasses per guest.) Jessica will supply the straws for the drinks reception.

- 2 red wine, 2 white wine & 1 water bottles per table (x 12). Brimblecombes cider also available with HogRoast.

- Paid bar for the duration, 2pm until midnight.


Prestige Bars mentioned he would reduce bar set up to £50, to include: bar, staff, refrigeration, ice, glasses and the license.

The fee of £50 will reduce to nothing if Prestige Bars provides the wine and reception drinks - budget of £400 for Drinks reception and table wine for 90-100 guests.

NB storage jars and ladles required for the drinks reception.
