Photography concerns

I'm concerned that I haven't yet found a photographer that can photograph and edit in the style I like. Loads of photographers I have spoken with say they can, but have no examples to show me.

Most of the photographers I like are based in the USA & are already booked for 28.08.10!

Ideally, I would like a photographer who:
- is willing & able to achieve my creative desires
- has some creative flair
- will give me copyright to our wedding photography
- will put the images online for guests to view
- will provide a disc of the high res images
- has some idea of the history of photography, so when I say 'Cindy Sherman' they know who I'm on about
- wants to meet with us to run through some wedding photography preparation
- will start at the ceremony and finish just after sunset
- wants to conduct a 'reccy' or site visit before the wedding day
